Interim Manager as HR Project Manager (f/m)

 

Responsibilities / Tasks / Duties

Ensure overall transparency and consistency in managing HR projects and HR aspects of business related projects in line with company and HR strategy.

Manage and coordinate HR internal projects and ensure follow-through according to defined KPIs.

Support HR related communications, HR document management and knowledge sharing.

Support continuous process improvement and best practice sharing within the global HR organization.

  • Provide project management and organization guidance for select HR projects and HR aspects of business related projects

  • Ensure proper planning, implementing, tracking and follow-up of relevant projects

  • Provide reporting on project progress, issues and mitigation measures

  • Facilitate escalation of project risks

  • Develop processes and tools for efficient project management

  • Support HR project managers in their usage of predefined tools and processes

  • Drive the sharing and utilization of best practices in managing projects

  • Document management and knowledge sharing

  • Follow-up and collection of lessons learned

  • Timely delivery of projects or aspects of projects in full and in budget

  • Stakeholder satisfaction

  • Proper escalation of risks and mitigation measures

  • Excellence in reporting and project tracking

  • Superior organization and tracking

 

Requirements

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree

  • Professional Project Management and/or HR qualification would be an advantage

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working on projects in a large, complex and global organization (corporate or consultancy)

  • Experience working in a matrixial organization

  • Proven success working within teams

  • Technical skills: experience with project management software

  • Planning and organizational capabilities

  • Language skills: Fluent in English. Fluency in other European languages would be an advantage

  • IT proficiency: Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (especially PPT and XLS)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Detail oriented with ability to see the big picture

  • Good team player

  • Adaptable to change

  • Stress tolerance

Availability: ca. 80 – 100%
