For a full-time interim position, we are currently looking for an

 

Interim Manager IT Financial Controller (f/m)

 

Responsibilities

 

  • You develop the Controlling function for our client`s department by developing standards and processes for all financial aspects of the IT strategy

  • You manage the costs of our tech stack with the related projects and suppliers

  • You work closely together with our Portfolio Management, Project Management, technical leaders, Finance department and senior business stakeholders across the group to establish project controlling, business cases and group cost distribution scenarios

  • You are the key go-to person for make-or-buy decisions and contract negotiations with our internal and external service providers

  • You facilitate decision-making with our management by developing reports, cost scenarios and forecasts

  • You develop the IT strategy function together with a team of highly professional experts and coworkers

 

Requirements

 

  • University degree or similar education in computer science or economics

  • Several years of experience in Project Management as well as in international organizations with multicultural and multifunctional teams

  • You have multiple years of experience as financial IT or business controller

  • Your specific domain knowledge should include financial forecasting, negotiating contracts for software / IT, capitalization and controlling of project costs

  • You are experienced with financial SAP systems

  • You have worked hands-on together with project teams and leaders, ideally in a technical environment and have a high affinity to IT and Project Management

  • With your strong stakeholder management and communication skills, you can mediate between business stakeholders, finance, project teams, and management

  • You have good verbal and writing skills in English and German

 

Start: March 2020 or earlier

Duration: 6 months

Workload: 100%
