For a full-time permanent position, we are currently looking for an

 

Business Process Manager Chemical Industry (f/m)

 

Responsibilities

  • Ensure end-to-end alignment of the company`s Business Processes, which includes guidelines, procedures and KPIs

  • Ensure definition, implementation, monitoring and improvement of business processes according to the business needs across all regions

  • Facilitate sustainable process improvements in close alignment with various business stakeholders across regions and business functions as well as with IT in order to further strengthen an overall process template which is supported by and aligned with solid IT solutions

  • Facilitate communication within and across business process areas in the context of change requests along the full lifecycle from requirements identification, via decision making, implementation and later on reviewing the impact of effective change impact

  • In collaboration with key stakeholders (business and IT) build and maintain long term business process roadmaps and program plans

  • Establish and maintain the newly defined Business Process Governance organization

  • Develop an environment which fosters a high-performance and innovative organization

  • Facilitate Key User Community to maintain process and system knowledge (training) and ensure quality of processes execution

 

Requirements

  • MBA or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration

  • 10+ years of experience in chemical product marketing, product development

  • Strong analytical and process skills

  • Deep Product Management / Marketing expertise, including: market trends / analysis, NPI process, product roadmap development, and product life-cycle management

  • Downstream Production chemicals product / industry / technical acumen

  • Leadership skills to lead teams and shape / lead growth vision and marketing strategy

  • Foster a close collaboration within and across the different business process streams as well as with other departments such as IT

  • Innovative: Develops new ideas through collaboration and execute on creative ideas

  • Team oriented: Ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams

  • Proven ability to work globally

  • Monitor overall progress and initiates corrective action, as appropriate, to ensure that deliverables

 

Start: April 2019 or earlier

Workload: 100%
