For a full-time permanent position, we are currently looking for an

 

IT Specialist Enterprise Content Management (ECM) (f/m)

 

Responsibilities

  • Define and manage IT services for all Enterprise Content Management and Document Management Systems, Intranet and Collaboration Solutions to support the business

  • Understand our client`s current state within the scope of ECM space and phase out the old system

  • Prepare, conduct and lead ECM workshops to understand the current processes

  • Analyze the current processes and establish KPIs and CSFs

  • Propose process optimization points and agree on target measurements

  • Identify risks and dependencies

  • Document ECM use cases and metadata

  • Review and validate security models

  • Prepare a detailed roadmap for the rollout phases

  • Prepare teams and user groups with pilot plan and scope

  • Do market research about the ECM tools

  • Selection of tools and implementation of a roadmap and strategy

  • Ensure IT service delivery along the full lifecycle according to functional and technical ECM roadmaps, requirements and agreed SLAs

  • Proactively manage alignment and day-to-day communication with business representatives, users, and providers

  • Manage IT project resources according to agreed scope, budget, quality and timelines

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives

  • Act as single point of contact within IT organization for the assigned IT services and business processes

 

Requirements

  • University degree or similar education in computer science or economics

  • Several years of experience in Project Management as well as in international organizations with multicultural and multifunctional teams

  • Experienced with one or two technologies like SharePoint / OneDrive, Doxis or Documentum

  • PMP and/or CSM Certification (or desire to achieve this)

  • ITIL Foundation

  • Flexible and result driven with an analytical and structured way of working

  • Excellent coordination and communication skills

  • Team player with good interpersonal skills

  • Open-minded without any fixed mindset

  • Fluent in English, German is an advantage

  • Travelling up to 10 %

 

Start: August 2019 or earlier

Workload: 100%
