For a full-time permanent position, we are currently looking for a


Business Analyst & Service Manager Workday HCM (f/m/d)



  • Understand Business requirements within HR & translate into IT Terminology

  • Manage the HCM System for our client including support and developments

  • Define and manage IT services to support the client business

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, being responsible for the change management as well as ensuring the operability of the service single point of contact within the IT organization

  • Manage IT project resources according to the project needs



  • Manage new demand for enhancement of existing services, ensuring a proper execution of the HCM change lifecycle process

  • Proactively drive integration, harmonization and standardization within the area of HCM

  • Adhere to the Group IT Portfolio Governance Framework and all reporting tasks thereof

  • Appropriate license coverage in alignment with Legal and IT Procurement departments

  • Define and manage schedules for service updates in alignment with business and IT

  • Proactively inform key stakeholders about upcoming changes to the service and proactively exchange with them to gather requirements and inputs for service improvements

  • Plan and coordinate the implementation of projects/changes

  • Coordinate and manage the outsourced activities with service or technology providers

  • Provide budget estimations for build and run activities and monitor the current spend

  • Daily administration, support and enhancement of the Global HCM platform

  • Communicate projects status on a continuous basis

  • Provide an effective project close and smooth transition into “IT Operations”



  • Advanced IT related education

  • HCM knowledge over Workday & SAP Platforms

  • Knowledge of different areas within HCM Workday platform like Core, Absence, Compensation & Benefit, Onboarding and Career Development

  • ITIL Foundation recommended

  • Excellent communication skills (fluent written and spoken English, Spanish is a plus)

  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end project and program delivery, processes and planning

  • Demonstrable experience with Project Management tools, templates and processes including experience with MS Office Tools and MS SharePoint

  • Flexibility and experience in prioritizing tasks and the ability to deal with variable workload

  • Demonstrable leadership skills within a global matrix organization and the ability to lead global, multicultural, multifunctional teams

  • Strong result-driven mindset with excellent stakeholder communication and change management skills
