We are looking for a fix term position as


IT Project Manager and Customizer for LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) (f/m)



  • Define and manage IT Services for LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) to support the business lines

  • Manage IT project resources according to agreed scope, budget, quality and timelines

  • Drive the continuous improvement initiatives (responsible for the management of changes)

  • Ensure IT Service delivery along the full lifecycle according to functional and technical roadmaps, requirements and agreed SLAs

  • Proactively manage alignment and day-to-day communication with business representatives, users, and providers

  • Act as single point of contact within IT organization for the assigned IT services



  • University degree or similar education in computer science

  • Several years of experience in Project Management as well as in international organizations with multicultural and multifunctional teams

  • Excellent knowledge of LIMS

  • ITIL Foundation

  • Sound knowledge off MS Office tools, SharePoint

  • Flexible and result driven mind set with an analytical and structured way of working

  • Excellent coordination and communication skills

  • Team player with good interpersonal skills

  • Fluent in English, German is an advantage

  • Programming knowledge in Java and Business Objects (Webi & Infoview)
