The consultants are an important part of our core team. They are the ones who interact with companies on a daily basis, recruit top-class interim managers - and ensure that the best possible "match" is made between the two sides. The back office staff makes sure that everything runs smoothly at Swiss Interim Management (SIM) in terms of IT, communication and HR management.
Daniel Rolla

Daniel first came in touch with interim management back in 1995 when he was working as a HR specialist at Disney. He instantly fell in love with the concept. After various professional stations in France, England and Germany, he decided to return to his home country, Switzerland, in 2009. Then and there, he established an innovative and fully remote company: Swiss Interim Management. When asked about the secret of SIM's success, he says, smiling: “Motivated employees!”
In his private life, his own organic farm keeps him busy. Whether milking cows or planting potatoes: Daniel knows everything about agriculture. With his expert knowledge, he also supports the humanitarian work of the Swiss-based NGO, Sénégalité.
Christoph Heidler

Christoph is a skilled entrepreneur and technology leader, bridging the gap between business and technology to enable enterprises to digitize, all while building strong, highly motivated teams.
Building on 25 years of expertise at global corporations, Christoph is passionate about providing strategic guidance to C-level audiences, shaping successful strategies, and transforming IT and security architectures to meet business goals.
When he is not working Christoph dedicates his time to his family with two kids and a dog. In addition, he adores endurance sport and loves to go running, trail running, race biking, cycling or skiing.
Evelyn Schuler
Management Assistant
Evelyn has been a valued member of the SIM team since 2012, working part-time in the administrative fields, and part time in a restaurant.
As management assistant, she is responsible for a variety of tasks, including financial record-keeping, invoice processing, and payroll in the human resources department.
In her free time, Evelyn enjoys spending time outdoors, particularly during the winter months when she is able to ski in her hometown of Braunwald. Additionally, she finds satisfaction in assisting her family with their agricultural work, which often involves taking care of animals.

Claudia's expertise lies in active sourcing, recruitment and strategic consulting. She has been working as an interim recruiter and executive search expert in the DACH region for 15 years. Claudia has worked for start-ups as well as large corporations and has always successfully managed the entire hiring process, always making sure that the new employee fits perfectly into the existing team.
She likes to spend her free time in nature hiking, stand-up paddling, cycling and with her friends.

Alexandre is a business leader and consultant with over 30 years of international work experience on 5 continents in management, business and technical roles with strategic and operational responsibilities.
He is particularly passionate about business model innovation and had contributed to the launch of over 300 startups. Alexandre is also the founder and director of the consulting firm Dr.PME® in French-speaking Switzerland, and a board member, coach and mentor of startups for the EIT (European Institute of Innovation and Technology).
He considers himself a humanist, and is passionate about history and philosophy. His is ever curious and likes to discover new things and places - so far he has traveled to over 80 countries.

Thanks to many years of experience in the management of national and international companies in the industrial sector, Gianmario is very familiar with the multifaceted challenges in the day-to-day business of large companies. Solving problems has always been his passion, and with this can-do attitude he also serves our clients.
In his private life, time for family and sports is paramount - jogging, skiing and golfing as well as a passion for languages and reading about human psychology provide the necessary balance to drive SIM and its clients forward with an always positive attitude.

Deborah is the head of accounting, human resources, and administration at SIM, always with an eye for detail. But behind this professional expertise lies a passion for counselling and personal development. While she's proud to contribute to the success of Swiss Interim Management GmbH, she's also always looking for ways to bring personal growth and well-being to the team.
Away from the office, Deborah is drawn to outdoor sports or to concerts and travel.
Content Manager
Ines Techt
Ines works in the content and communication department for SIM. Whenever we discuss a new topic in the communication team, Ines is incredibly quick to implement it. She knows every trick on how to position things online so that they are optimally received and generate maximum interest. The results speak for themselves. Since Ines started supporting us, we have been able to significantly increase our reach.
Even in her free time, she engages with social networks. Here, she is always on the trail of the latest trends from top influencers. But sometimes she is offline. Particularly, when she lets herself be fascinated by the waves of the sea somewhere in Greece or Spain, pursuing her second great passion, traveling.
Graphic Designer
Johannes supports us in packaging complex ideas into clear and appealing designs. As a graphic designer, he ensures that every visual element is harmoniously integrated into the overall image of our brand.
In his private life, Johannes enjoys immersing himself in the world of art and looking at paintings and photography in exhibitions or museums.
