The Challenge
The challenge of the assignment was to improve the processes in the logistics department and to guarantee consistently high customer satisfaction and adequately support sales. Optimization Opportunities arose from short-term changes in product compositions, causing great hustle and workload, leading to delays, poor communication and errors in other areas.
The Solution
René implemented a three-part coaching that included team-building measures, communication workshops, and group dynamic elements. Strategies for optimizing resources, improving communication, and developing a more efficient leadership style were explored.
The Result
The improvements initiated by the coaching were clearly noticeable. The communication within the team noticeably improved, and the work atmosphere became more positive. Through optimized workflows and more efficient processes, the team's workload was balanced, and workplace stress was reduced.
